I've done refinances two times in the past 6 months and Phil and his group have been stellar on both occasions. He came highly recommended by my brother as he's used him in the past as well. We're about 500 miles apart but that did not pose any issues or problems as we were able to handle everything via phone, email, or online. Phil and his team were always responsive and very patient. This second time was during the stay at home time period but again, no issues with getting everything completed, just normal lags because of the sheer volume of transactions going on at the same time.
