Other lenders may ask for limited documentation and run quick numbers to see if you qualify. That process is not a full pre-approval and can cost your from getting your offer accepted or even worse, falling out of escrow after you get your offer accepted.

We collect all documentation needed for a FULL pre-approval. After an initial call we will ask very specific questions to see what an underwriter would need to approval your loan. Then we will send you an email with a secure upload link to send us the required docs for a full pre-approval.

We run full Fannie Mae Desktop approval that is reviewed by a human underwriter for Full Loan Pre-Approval. All employment, credit, income, and assets are fully verified. This will allow for a very fast closing and increase your odds of getting your offer accepted over other offers.

Once we have full underwriter pre-approval, We produce a full pre-approval letter, DU approval, and Proof of funds and work hand in hand with your Realtor AND the listing agent during the offer and negotiation process. By us reaching out to the listing agent with all this info, we will greatly increase the odds of getting your offer accepted!
