I started working in Banking and Finance in 1991 for a large bank. I transitioned into Mortgage Loans in late 1993 and have been a mortgage lender ever since. I'm a Southern California native and originally from Santa Barbara. I attended San Diego State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance. I'm currently a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer for Movement Mortgage – Rancho Bernardo Branch. Home shopping? If so, we have a "Pre-Approval Package" different from most other lenders. We run full Fannie Mae Desktop approval that is reviewed by a human underwriter for Full Loan Approval. All employment, credit, income, and assets are fully verified. This will allow for a very fast closing and increase your odds of getting your offer accepted over other offers. We produce a full pre-approval letter, DU approval, and Proof of funds and work hand in hand with your Realtor AND the listing agent during the offer and negotiation process. This greatly increases the chances of an accepted offer!
